COMMON SENSE

OUR POLICIES

A Solid Vision for the Future

For many years, democratic representatives have been forced to split their focus between defending the values that place people above politics and putting out the fires that pop up almost daily. Because of this, we have been left without a true vision for the future or any long term plans to rally around.

We have all seen Project 2025 and have watched as piece after piece are implemented, pushing our country in a direction that is far from the legacy I want to leave my children.

That is why I have dedicated myself and my candidacy to a solid vision for the future. I am not just here to share my values – with a lifetime of experience in business, governance, and charity work, I bring a message of hope and a common sense plan for a better tomorrow.

By tying business incentives to employee wages/benefits, the companies that pay their workers more will see the most profit.

Make Housing Affordable: Incentivize Developers to provide what we need

Housing costs are rising faster than incomes, but we can make the market work for us to reverse this trend. With the right incentives, the private sector can be directed to build affordable and workforce housing, swiftly closing the gap between supply and demand. By reducing the capital gains tax on qualified housing developments, we can spur construction and expand the housing supply our communities desperately need.
